Smaller version of the classic Duncan Imperial yo yo. Can do all the basic tricks. I've successfully performed sleep, walk the dog, around the world, forward pass, hop the fence, elevator, around the corner and rock the cradle. Not bad for something that fits on a keyring and isn't much bigger than a 50p. Swap the string out for a better one, though. And be careful with it! It's surprisingly heavy and could probably kill a cat or a bird if it got away from you.
The Mega Drive squished into a single chip and put on a keychain. This might be the best thing Atgames ever made. I like it, anyway. Not because it plays well (it doesn't), but because it's easier to forgive sluggish gameplay and horrific sound when it comes in the form of a cute arcade joystick. The title game is a glitched out mess, too. So well done, atgames.
I've collected a few other variants, too: Click here to see the Columns version (This one is my personal favourite). Click here to see the Sonic 1 & 2 version (unlike the others, this only contains original Mega Drive games and as far as I know, was sold exclusively by UK retailer Argos). I've always wanted to own a Space Invaders cabinet and I guess I can now (kinda?) tick this one off the bucket list... More a novelty than a truly useful thing if I'm honest. Putting your keys on it would only scratch the screen and while it's certainly playable and fun in short bursts, hand cramp is likely to defeat you quicker than any advancing alien. Eventually, I hope to do the mod with a 4 way dip switch and unlock the other three games.
Click here to see this Frogger variant I found in a bargain bin for £3. Score!
